How do we order? 

As of now, you can only place your order via our shopee account.

Which payment methods are you accepting?

Can I choose what kind of yarn to be used?

Yes, you may choose whether you want it to be acrylic, cotton, cashmere, etc. You may also choose branded yarns if you want to. However, for certain projects such as coasters, we might not accept certain materials, acrylic, for example. As it will melt at extreme temperatures. The type of yarn will affect how your item will turn out to be. For example, if you wish to use acrylic yarn for clothes, it might be hot and uncomfortable to wear. We will price your order according to the materials' price. 

Are you open for customization?

Yes, we accept custom orders. Kindly message or email us your preferred design. However, we will only accept designs that can be done by us. We will give you an estimated price before we make your order. Please note that it is just an estimation and the final price is yet to be given. However, for orders that is similar to what we have crocheted before, we could give you the final price right away.

How long does it take for pre-order items to be shipped out?

Most of our yarns will still have to be ordered which will take about 2-7 days depending on which shop we ordered from as some shops do not have your desired color in stock. After receiving the yarns, please give us 7-14 days to make and pack your order. The final delivery will depend on your location and the logistics company. You may track your parcels through the shopee app. Note that this shop is handled alone by a student.

How do we checkout customized orders?

After completing your order, I will give you the final price and create a checkout link on shopee. You may then checkout your order.

Do you accept resellers?

Yes, we do. However, it will depend on the number of items you want to be made and how much time you are willing to give.

Can I cancel my order?

For onhand items, you may cancel your orders, however, please do understand that we might have been preparing your order by the time you cancel it. For made-to-order (mto) or pre-order, we strictly do not tolerate cancellation of orders. Please be a responsible buyer.

Can I refund/return my order?

Yes, you may. But you may only get a refund/return your order if the items you have received are defected. You must also provide an unboxing video as a proof. Failure to provide such won't be entertained. Please always remember that you are ordering handmade products therefore you must manage you expectations. Slight differences and small errors may occur. Rest assured, we will send you pictures before shipping your order.
